My place, the city where my family is residing, is blessed with natural resources, well my country as a whole is very rich with it. I live in the place where it is known as a Tuna Capital. We just have it...and if you visit our Fish port, you will be amazed of the tuna catch they get every time.
And so, we get to eat fresh tuna and I have been experimenting recipes. I would like to have many variations of tuna dishes. We do like to eat sashimi but it is not always healthy to eat raw meat all the time especially I have 3 kids. Lately, I am into pan grill. So here is one of my documented pan grill tuna in barbecue sauce and herbs.
